If you have been a fan of hip-hop for the past couple of decades, then you’re probably going to vividly remember a handful of albums from 2004.

There was a combination of up-and-coming rappers and veteran artists in 2004, all of who created some strong albums during the year. Although 50 Cent didn’t release an album that year, some of his childhood friends and members of G-Unit released projects of their own.
