Daryl Nelson

Daryl has been a hip-hop reporter for the last 20 years, writing for a bevy of print and digital publications. He's written album reviews, informative history pieces, lists, and interviewed famous artists. Some of the publications he's written for include Hip-Hop Lately, The Boombox, AllHipHop, Atlanta Black Star, Pop Crush, AXS, Reader's Digest, The List, and Nicki Swift. Some of the artists he's interviewed include Big Boi from Outkast, Talib Kweli, stic.man of Dead Prez, David Banner, Slim Thug, and India Arie. Currently, he’s the site expert for Rhyme Junkie. His hobbies are reading novels, cooking, hiking, working out, discovering new hip-hop music, and watching The Sopranos over and over.

Hip-hop is the multicultural influencer that only continues to evolve in expression. The passion I have for hip-hop is intertwined with the love I have for the culture that crafted its foundation.

Natalie Zamora

Natalie Zamora is the VP of Entertainment Content at FanSided. With her degree from Rutgers University, where she majored in English and minored in Cinema Studies, she has eight years of professional writing experience. Though her passions include a variety of topics, she is particularly knowledgeable in films, prestige TV (HBO all day everyday), horror, and celebrity gossip. As part of the Minute Media team, her work can be found on Winter is Coming, Netflix Life, Show Snob, Mental Floss, and other sites. Along with her specialized knowledge in entertainment, she leads, inspires, and contributes to FanSided's growth and success in her role. On any given weekend, you can find her at the movie theater.

The idea of FanSided was born in 2007, when two brothers felt that their favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, was being under-covered by the mainstream media. Taking matters into their own hands, they launched Arrowhead Addict, a move that would spawn the creation of FanSided in 2009, a network of over 300+ fan-powered unique sports, entertainment and lifestyle sites dedicated to team-specific, sport-specific, genre-specific, and fanbase-specific coverage.
