A$AP Ferg drops collaboration with G-SHOCK

As a member of A$AP Mob, you are obliged to display your skills in the fashion game before all else. In fact, the crew has more fashion killers than rappers if we are keeping it a buck and we can start with A$AP Ferg.

A$AP Ferg, who has often been number two to his more fashionable counterpart in A$AP Rocky, is getting his second watch collaboration of the year with G-Shock.

While his prowess lies within the mic, he has never been a guy that has shied away from flexing his own fashion. Where Rocky often gets style inspiration from high fashion and European cuts, he is also taking his inspiration overseas with the Japanese watch brand.

He uses the brand’s staple GA-110 watch for his design that belongs in hip-hop’s bling era.  The “Trap Lord” used none other than diamonds as the inspiration for this one. No, there aren’t actual diamonds on a utility watch (that retails for $170 by the way.) The watch’s appearance is made to resemble the clarity of a diamond.

Add that aesthetic in with the blue, yellow, and red hues made to resemble jewels, and you get a truly New York design signed off by the emcee himself.  Now for the part that everybody wants to know. When, how, and where can I get these?

Well, everyone, it is my pleasure to announce that this newest timepiece drops today, December 1st for a price of 150$ at select G-Shock stores. If you want to go the online route, that is an option as well. However, the pre-order does not ship until the middle of the month according to G-Shock’s website.

Hypebeats beware! These can only be bought one per customer so the resell scene shouldn’t be too extravagant.  I mean, G-Shock is a bit out of the trends these days, but the brand is famous enough to also always be kind of acceptable…if that makes any sense.

Anyways, go buy one to feel like a member of the coolest crew in hip-hop fashion.
