Offset, one of the members of the rap group Migos, has teamed up with his son Wave Set Cephus for an exceptional performance of his song “ON THE RIVER” from his solo album “SET IT OFF.” The performance was part of Vevo’s CTRL series, which showcases artists delivering stripped-down renditions of their songs in a studio setting.

The father-son duo showed off their chemistry and charisma as they rapped along to the track, which features vocals from Lil Baby. Wave, who is only two years old, mimicked his dad’s gestures and even pumped his arm in sync with the beat. Offset held Wave in his arms throughout the performance, occasionally kissing his cheek and smiling at him.

Fans and celebrities alike praised Offset and Wave for their adorable and impressive collaboration. Cardi B, Offset’s wife and Wave’s mother, shared the video on her Instagram story and wrote,

"My babies are so cute. I love them so much"

Lil Baby, who collaborated with Offset on the song, commented

"This is legendary. Wave is a star.” DJ Khaled, who produced Offset’s album, said, “This is hip-hop. This is family. This is history"

Offset and Wave are not the only members of their family who have made waves in the music industry. Cardi B is one of the most successful female rappers of all time, with multiple Grammy awards and Billboard hits. Kulture Kiari Cephus, Offset and Cardi’s daughter, also made her debut on the cover of Vogue magazine in 2022, alongside her mother.

Offset’s solo album “SET IT OFF” was released on October 13, 2023, and features guest appearances from Cardi B, Lil Baby, Drake, Travis Scott, and more. The album has received positive reviews from critics and fans, who praised Offset’s versatility and growth as an artist.
