"The Book of Clarence" presents a daring reinterpretation of the classic Biblical-era narrative, unfolding in A.D. 33 Jerusalem and focusing on a destitute man striving to exploit the emergence of Jesus Christ by asserting himself as a new Messiah sent by God. The film boasts a stellar cast including LaKeith Stanfield, Omar Sy, RJ Cyler, David Oyelowo, Micheal Ward, and more.

The soundtrack is a dazzling assembly of musical talent, showcasing some of the most prominent figures in hip-hop and R&B. JAY-Z and D’Angelo's joint creation, "I Want You Forever," was revealed by JAY-Z and director Jeymes Samuel during a screening on Saturday, January 6, 2024.
