It's been nearly four months since Florida rapper Julio Foolio was shot and killed in Tampa. It happened on his 26th birthday, and four people were arrested on charges of premeditated first-degree murder.

One of those suspects is Isaiah Chance, who also goes by Gudda Zay, and he claimed his innocence on social media. Not only that, Chance accused Tampa police of lying about his involvement in the murder. Chance is from Jacksonville and went to Tampa when Foolio was killed but said he wasn't tracking him as police claim.

"How can you track something or someone when its already in public? That don’t even make sense in NoOne’s head," wrote Chance on social media. "And since when it became illegal for two couples to go out of town? I guess tourist can’t be tourist nomore [sic]. Tell detectives to pull every single last footage and not what they wanted to pick out the haystak."

"Go run back CCTV camera’s and RFID’s and put out every location since a McDonalds run was so important in evidence," he added. "Tell the world the truth and not what y’all fabricating to get a non prima facie false conviction."

The other suspects arrested in Foolio's murder are Alicia Andrews, Sean Gathright, and Rashad Murphy. Police are still looking for a man named Davion Murphy, who's now a fugitive.

Per Tampa.gov, Chance and Andrews followed Foolio on June 23, of this year and after locating him, Chance called someone on his cell phone. That led to another vehicle arriving, and they all followed Foolio to Home 2 Suites where the murder took place.

The killing was gang-related, police say. Foolio is accused of being in the Jacksonville gang 6 Block and Chance in the rival gang ATK. It's said that ATK and members of another gang called 1200 joined forces to kill Foolio. Reportedly, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy are members of 1200.
