Joe Budden threatens to sue 50 Cent for dissing him with AI photos, 50 responds

Joe Budden didn't take 50 Cent mocking him earlier this month with a grain of salt, and he plans to sue if it continues to bother him.

50 has been dissing Joe ever since the podcast host said that he needs therapy for making light of Irv Gotti's death. The G-Unit rapper first brought up Joe's lewdness case in his response, but he wasn't done there.

As we reported, Joe was accused of standing naked outside of his neighbor's door in their Edgewater, New Jersey apartment building. Joe said that he was sleepwalking at the time and didn't realize what he was doing.

Then after making fun of Joe being charged with lewdness, 50 began posting a series of AI photos that showed him in his underwear. "Da f--k is you doing over there naked Joe?" wrote 50 next to one of the pics. "🤔how you open the d--n door if you sleep fool. Nah f--k all that, you try it again perv."

Joe responded to the photos on The Joe Budden Podcast and explained when he'll sue. "50 been posting me for seven days in a row," he said. "If I have a problem with it, we're getting lawyers involved, 'cause that's illegal."

"You can't take all these AI pics. That's what shorty's going to court for. You can't do that," Joe added. "But I don't have a problem with it, and I think that's corny, and that's 50. I got all the respect in the world for him, but if I get tired of it, and it stops paying, then yeah, it's lawyer time."

50 — who already removed the AI photos from his Instagram page — responded with a threat, writing "So that’s the plan😆you gonna sue me Joe. Hahaha I think you are mistaken me for someone else. I’m a get face to face wit you, so you can tell me about the therapy I need."

Joe hasn't responded to 50's threat yet.
