Megan is accusing Milagro of invading her privacy, cyberstalking, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The Houston rapper has since amended her suit and in a new filing claims that Tory has been working with Milagro to harass her from prison. Tory was sentenced to 10 years for shooting Megan after being convicted in 2022.

When first filing the suit against Milagro, the Traumazine creator released a statement and said she'll hold bloggers accountable for spreading untruths about her.

"It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods."
No word from Tory or Milagro about the amended suit yet.
