Milagro Gramz responds to Megan Thee Stallion suing her over Tory Lanez reports

Youtuber and social media personality Milagro Gramz is being sued by Megan Thee Stallion for "churning out falsehoods" about Tory Lanez shooting her in 2020.
Megan's lawyers said Gramz, real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, tried to "denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements" about Megan. Gramz is being accused of invasion of privacy, cyberstalking, and intentional infliction of emotional distress as well.
The suit also alleges that Gramz encouraged people to watch a pornographic "deepfake" that shows Megan, which according to Megan's lawyers, goes against Florida's law about showing "sexual depictions" of real people. Megan, who's birth name is Megan Pete, is being represented by the law firm Quinn Emanuel, as Billboard explains.
"Enough is enough," wrote the lawyers in a statement. "Ms. Pete — a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide — will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment."
Gramz has already responded to the suit on X, writing, "I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion. Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too."
Plus, Megan's lawyers brought up a recent claim that an appeals court overturned Lanez's guilty verdict, because the gun used in the shooting wasn't introduced in court since it vanished. Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan in 2022 and was later sentenced to 10 years in prison.
"Defendant Cooper’s statements recklessly disregarded the truth and suggested that the firearm was never presented in court because it had allegedly disappeared," wrote Megan's lawyers. "It has not. The firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department."
Megan also released a statement about the suit and said bloggers who spread false information should be warned.
"I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists," said Megan. "It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods."
