Diddy faces decades-old sexual assault lawsuit: Seeks dismissal

According to her account, she was given drugs and alcohol before being "viciously gang raped" by the defendants, one after the other, after being convinced to take a private jet to Combs' recording studio.

Combs has consistently denied all the claims in the ongoing sexual assault lawsuits against him. His legal team argues that

" this is Jane Doe's second attempt to state an entirely false and hideous claim against the Combs Defendants."

They dismiss the plaintiff's use of "trigger warning" in her pleading as "legally irrelevant," considering it a "stunt" designed to cause unwanted publicity, embarrassment, and financial costs for the defendants.

The motion further contends that Jane Doe cannot specify the exact day or time of year when the alleged incident occurred.
