Last month when Lil Yachty was accused of trying to embarrass his longtime friend Mitch by saying he gave him a career, Mitch responded by saying he hopes their disagreement wouldn't affect their A Safe Place Podcast. Well, it looks like it did, based on what he wrote on X over the weekend.

"Please bring the podcast back," someone tweeted. “ngl i think bro rolling up that podcast in a backwood as we speak," Mitch wrote back, saying the rapper put the kibosh on the show.

More specifically, the two friends disagreed while talking about moving on from street life to do something positive, like being a musician. Mitch said he became a producer, but Yachty said he wouldn't have been able to pursue that dream if he didn't have a rich, famous rapper friend to help him.

"No, imagine if you didn't have a friend who was already extremely successful to help you get on your feet," Yachty told him. "A lot of people don't have that. So, what I'm saying is, what do you say? Because you didn't want to get a job. I never even suggested you get a job because I knew you wouldn't get a job ... Remove me from this situation. I was never in your life. What the f*ck would you have been doing?"

Then when the "Hate Me" rapper was accused of trying to make Mitch feel small, he responded angrily and said he helped his friend tremendously by giving him the podcast and $400,000. Yachty also said he had no desire to do the podcast and just did it for Mitch's benefit. "I aint want to do no m*****f****** podcast," Yachty explained on Instagram Live. "I'm a f*****g rapper. I got millions of dollars. I don't need to talk to other rappers."

The last episode of A Safe Place Podcast was published on August 21, of this year and as Mitch said, it looks it'll be the last one.
