Rick Ross' full interview on Yung Miami's show Caresha Please arrived on Thursday, September 12, and Ross went into detail about his beef with Drake.
The two men began dissing each other earlier this year with Drake sending shots on songs like "Push Ups" and "Family Matters," Ross on "Champagne Moments." The talk about the beef started at the 21:49-mark of the interview after Miami asked Rozay if it's a real-life conflict or just a business disagreement.
"Nah, I’m not going to say it’s business,” Ross answered. “He mentioned my name and that’s a no no. Don’t do that. Especially when it ain’t about no real s**t."
The Rather You Than Me rapper then talked about the social media shots that he and Drizzy exchanged earlier this year. For a while there, Ross was taunting the OVO rhymer left and right while spreading a rumor that he has fake abs, got a nose job, and a BBL. Plus, in March, Rozay filmed himself listening to Kendrick Lamar's song "Like That," where the Compton spitter sent his first major shot at Drake.
“I enjoy that I can wake up every day and say BBL Drizzy or some more s**t while I’m smoking a joint, listening to the waterfalls and all that s**t, looking at the birds fly off,” Ross told Miami about his social media disses. “That s**t easy for me, but is everybody built for this?”
Moreover, Ross really believes that Drake fixed his nose and backside, based on what he told Miami. He talked about the possibility of reconciling with the Canadian rapper as well. "I don’t know it depend on how I feel," said Ross about the chances of he and Drake settling things.
The bearded rapper also talked about the fight he had in Vancouver, which happened earlier this year at the Ignite Music Festival after his DJ played Lamar's "Not Like Us" diss track. According to Ross, the fight would've gone differently if the people he usually travels with were present.
"All my homies that traveled with me, them n****s couldn’t come ’cause of their felonies,” he explained. “If I would’ve just had two or three more of my homies with me, we would’ve stripped them n****s out their drawers and socks."
