U.S Attorney Damian Williams held a press conference about Diddy's arrest on Tuesday. The Bad Boy founder was taken into custody on Monday night at the Park Hyatt hotel in New York City. He's been indicted by a grand jury already and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors also said Diddy is guilty of narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice. On top of that, Williams talked about Diddy's alleged "freak off" parties, saying he hired commercial sex workers and had them travel from out of state.

“The indictment alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years in a variety of ways,” said Williams. "As alleged, Combs used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers — some of whom he transported or caused to be transported over state lines. Combs allegedly planned, and controlled the sex performances, which he called 'freak offs,' and he often electronically recorded them.”

Some of those recordings were located when federal agents raided Diddy's homes in Beverly Hills and Miami in March. They also found AR-15s in his bedroom closet.

Elsewhere in the press conference, Williams said the sex parties lasted days at a time and often included narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB, which Diddy allegedly distributed to keep people compliant. Diddy often used violence and verbal abuse at the parties as well, Williams said. He then used Diddy beating his ex Cassie in 2016 as an example of his violent streak.

Before the press conference, Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilo said he'll fight to get his client released on bail, but Williams believes Diddy is a flight risk and a danger to society, so he wants him kept behind bars.
