Xzibit recently sat down for an interview on Bill Maher's Club Random Podcast, and they discussed a wide range of topics.

The battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar came up and so did Kendrick calling Drake a pedophile in his song "Not Like Us." Bill said that he's never seen proof that Drake likes underage girls, and Xzibit told him that proof isn't needed because anything goes in a rap battle.

"You kind of have to really know for sure, don't you?" Bill asked Xzibit about Kendrick making the pedophile claim.

"No," he answered. "Are you kidding? This is not testimony or [a] deposition. This is a f-----g rap battle. I'm going to talk about your mama, I'm going to talk about your daddy, I'm going to talk about your children ... I'm going to talk about your grandma's wooden leg, and I'm going to talk about your missing teeth. It's all a game."

The former Pimp My Ride host followed that up by comparing a rap battle to the dozens, the childhood game that's based on people exchanging insults.

Xzibit said that since Kendrick seemed to get the best of Drake with "Not Like Us," it isn't right for the OVO rapper to forget that he's in a battle. "When you're playing the dozens and I give you one that hurts your feelings, don't be the guy who wants to fight because I got a good joke," Xzibit analogized.

Bill didn't seem to agree and suggested that calling someone a pedophile goes way beyond the rules of a rap battle. It's obvious that Drake feels the same way since he took legal action against his label Universal Music Group, accusing them of defamation and using underhanded tactics to popularize "Not Like Us."

Plus, today, Music Business Worldwide reported that Universal Music Group wants to have the lawsuit dismissed, but a federal judge in New York shot the request down. So, now, a pretrial hearing is set for April 2.
