Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons' daughter, Aoki Lee Simmons, knows exactly what it's like to have famous parents. So, she showed empathy to Diddy's children while their father is in jail on sex trafficking charges.

"I think his daughters and children are such wonderful people," said Aoki on Instagram Live. "I really hope you guys treat them with love and respect, ’cause they’re nice kids, and it’s not their fault. Anything adults, that’s adult business and they are not adults. My little cousins, they are in school. They are not adults, so please treat them like children. That’s all I ask."

Besides their father being locked up, Diddy's twin 17-year-old daughters, D'Lila and Jessie, also lost their mother Kim Porter in 2019 after she died of lobar pneumonia. Diddy and Kim are parents to Christian Combs as well. Quincy Brown is also Kim's son, and Diddy adopted him when he was a small boy.

In fact, all of Diddy and Kim's kids issued a joint statement after a memoir called Kim’s Lost Words was released by publisher Chris Todd, who said Kim gave him a thumb drive of her writing. But the memoir was taken down by Amazon after it was questioned if she really wrote it or not.

"While it has been incredibly difficult to reconcile how she could be taken from us too soon, the cause of her death has long been established. There was no foul play," wrote the children, who addressed rumors about their father causing Kim's death.

"We are deeply saddened that the world has made a spectacle of what has been the most tragic event of our lives," the statement continued. "Our mother should be remembered for the beautiful, strong, kind and loving woman she was. Her memory should not be tainted by horrific conspiracy theories."

But Diddy and Kim's kids haven't responded to Aoki's post yet.
