Cardi B responds after being accused of betraying Megan Thee Stallion for Pardison Fontaine

Megan Thee Stallion and songwriter Pardison Fontaine were a couple from 2020 to 2023. After the split, Fontaine was accused of cheating on Megan after she dropped her song "Cobra." He later returned with his own song called "Thee Person" and dissed the Houston rapper.

So, it's safe to say that Megan and Pardison aren't on good terms right now, which is why Cardi B is being accused of betraying Megan. It happened after Pardison teased an old song that he and Cardi finished but was never released. That cut is called "Tool It," and it drops on Friday, February 7.

"It’s BEEN 8 YEARS @iamcardib,” wrote Pardison. “GET THIS SONG OFF MY HARD DRIVE!!! N THEY KEEP ASKING FOR THIS !!!"

Cardi was heavily criticized after the snippet surfaced, so she quickly defended herself.

"Leave me alone with that whole Pardison s--t, because at the end of the day I’ve been knowing Pardison since 2012," she said on X Spaces. "Pardison f-----g did me the f-----g hook of ‘Bodak Yellow,’ and on top of that he helped me with my f-----g album, and I been knowing this person since 2012."

Afterward, Cardi explained what she does when two of her friends aren't on good terms.

“I wanna make this very clear,” she began. “When I f--k with two people and I like two people, I stay away from their s--t. Because when it comes to relationships, some bulls--t will always happen. And one thing about me, I’m gonna stay neutral, and I’m gonna stay the f--k out of it.”

"Both of y’all can attest that that’s how I really am," Cardi continued. "I don’t wanna hear nothing because I f --k with both of y’all and God forbid some s--t happen, I don’t want to be in the middle of nobody’s s--t. None of that s--t is my f-----g business."

Megan hasn't weighed in on any of this yet, probably because she doesn't want to get sucked into the drama.
