Maybe Diddy trying to get bond a third time will get him freed from Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.

Per, AllHipHop, Judge Arun Subramanian granted a new bond hearing for the embattled mogul, which will be on November 22. Diddy has already been denied bond twice after prosecutors said he'd intimidate witnesses if released.

Prosecutors also pointed to the video footage of Diddy assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in a California hotel, saying it happened after she ran away from one of his freak-off parties. But Diddy's legal team says that's incorrect, so the footage shouldn't keep him behind bars.

"The evidence makes clear that the government’s case is thin,” wrote Diddy's lawyers in their motion. "It confirms the defense’s initial description of the events depicted in the March 2016 video recording . The video is not evidence of a coerced 'freak-off' but rather a minutes-long glimpse into a complex but decade-long consensual relationship between Mr. Combs and Victim-1."

"Additionally, the new evidence refutes the government’s proffer at the initial hearing regarding a potential second alleged victim," their argument continues. "And the new evidence confirms that the government’s obstruction and witness tampering allegations at the initial bail hearings lacked a factual basis."

Plus, Diddy's lawyers said the Bad Boy founder needs to be released, so he can properly prepare for his trial, scheduled to be on May 5, 2025.

For those just catching up, Diddy was arrested in September and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, as well as transporting prostitutes and pleaded not guilty. According to prosecutors, he used a combination of drugs and physical force to get women to sleep with male sex workers at the parties. Prosecutors have until November 15 to respond to this new bail motion.
