Diddy has already tried to bond out twice but failed, however, that isn't stopping his legal team from trying again.

Per TMZ, his lawyers filed a new bond appeal, saying in court documents that he isn't a flight risk. Last month the Bad Boy founder offered a $50 million bail package and told the court that he wouldn't have any female visitors if released. Diddy also offered to take weekly drug tests since his lawyer said he's struggled with drug addiction.

The fallen music exec promised to sell his private plane as well, which his lawyers believe would diminish the chance of him fleeing.

Diddy is currently being held in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after he was arrested on September 16, on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting sex workers. The 54-year-old has already pleaded not guilty, and his lawyer Marc Agnifilo said he plans to take the stand.

Clearly, Diddy's mother Janice Combs can't wait for that day, because she believes her son has already been convicted without having his day in court.

"I come to you today as a mother that is devastated and profoundly saddened by the allegations made against my son, Sean Combs," she wrote in a statement this week through her lawyer. "It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies. To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words."

"Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence," Janice continued. "My son is not the monster they have painted him to be, and he deserves the chance to tell his side. I can only pray that I am alive to see him speak his truth and be vindicated."
