Diddy sat in court yesterday for the first time since being arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied the 54-year-old's bond during the hearing, despite him putting together a $50 million bail package. He was later sent to The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, and his legal team has appealed the decision.

As TMZ reports, Diddy's lawyers said he'll give the feds a log of everyone visiting his Miami residence so they know exactly who he's seeing. His legal team also said he won't have any female visitors, aside from family members and his children's mothers. Plus, he'll only allow groundskeepers on the property and friends who aren't co-conspirators. Diddy said he's willing to take weekly drug tests as well and promises not to contact any witnesses.

Yesterday, the judge said she denied bond because she's worried that Diddy will intimidate witnesses. Her ruling was made after prosecutors said the Bad Boy mogul phoned singer Kalenna Harper over 50 times.

Harper was in a group with Diddy and Dawn Richardson called Diddy – Dirty Money, and Richardson sued Diddy for sexual abuse earlier this month. Harper then released a statement shortly after and denied Richardson's claims. It's been suggested that her statement about the suit was influenced by Diddy's repeated phone calls.

On top of that, authorities found drugs in Diddy's New York hotel room when he was arrested on Monday, according to U.S Attorney Damian Williams. Williams also said drugs like ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB were used in the alleged sex parties that Diddy hosted. So, clearly, Diddy willing to be tested each week is his way of telling the judge that he'll remain drug-free if released.

Out of all Diddy's charges, the least one carries a maximum 10 year prison sentence and the others carry a potential life sentence.
