After releasing his stellar GNX album, Kendrick Lamar is hitting the road with SZA for his Grand National Tour. The first show is on April 19, in Minneapolis Minnesota and the last is in Washington D.C. on June 18.

There's just one show that's outside of the U.S. and it's in Drake's hometown of Toronto, at Rogers Centre on June 12. A lot of people are talking about that stop since Kendrick has been beefing with the OVO boss for much of 2024.

For one, Top5, a rapper who's down with Drake and threatened Kendrick a while back wrote, "I'll respect him if he comes with no police escort."

General rap fans are also weighing in on Kendrick entering enemy territory, with one person writing, “I don’t think yall realize how crazy it is that Kendrick is doing the Rogers Centre in Toronto for his tour. That’s the biggest venue in the city & Drake has NEVER done a show there. If he sells out the biggest venue in Toronto before the local rap megastar that’s crazy."

Meanwhile, other people noticed that Kendrick will be performing in Toronto three days before Father's Day. The way it's being framed, the Compton rapper chose that day to double down on his claim that Drake is an absentee father to his son Adonis, an accusation he made earlier this year.

"Kendrick and SZA performing 'Not Like Us' in Toronto the same week as Father’s Day gonna open a portal," wrote one social media user. "This man has unlocked a new level of diabolical."

Another person shared a message from the Toronto Blue Jays, a MLB team that plays at Rogers Centre. The team promoted Kendrick's tour stop on social media, which some found ironic.

“TORONTO Blue Jays out here promoting Kendrick’s tour lmaooo. 'Get more love in the city that you from,'" that person wrote, quoting Drake's line from his Kendrick diss song "Push Ups."
