There's been a lot said about Diddy in the following days of his arrest on September16. For one, it was revealed that he has a long history of drug abuse, which his lawyer Marc Agnifilo said during one of Diddy's bail hearings.

There's also been plenty of chatter about Diddy's sex parties, labeled freak-offs. Reportedly, agents found 1,0000 bottles of baby oil when they raided his Miami and Beverly Hills homes in March.

Agnifilo spoke about the baby oil claim in TMZ's documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment and gave an explanation. He downplayed the amount of baby oil and the sex parties as well, while saying the threesomes involved Diddy, his ex Cassie and another male. "They called them freak-offs," said Agnifilo. "When I was a kid in the late '70s they were called threesomes ... I don't know where the number 1,000 came."

That's when Harvey Levin told him the U.S. attorney gave that number. "I can't imagine it's thousands," Agnifilo replied. "And I'm not sure what the baby oil has to do with anything ... I don't know what you need a . One bottle of baby oil goes a long way ... I mean, he has a big house, he buys in bulk. I think they have Costco in every place he has a home. Have you sat in a parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?"

Meanwhile, one agent who was involved in the raids said Diddy had sex rooms in his house, all equipped with cameras that recorded guests of the freak-offs. Bondage gear was also found, as were tapes of people having sex. "There’s video evidence that some of the girls are clearly out of it while these men are having sex with them," the agent told the New York Post earlier this month.
