Diddy sued for sex crimes in new lawsuit, woman said she bound & restrained

Diddy has been sued again. This time by a woman named Thalia Graves, who said that he and his security guard Joseph Sherman raped her in 2001 at a New York City recording studio. Graves also said the men recorded the incident.
She was 25 years old when the alleged rape occurred, according to TMZ and was dating one of Diddy's employees at the time. Diddy eventually asked her to have a meeting with him and Sherman alone. Then at one point, the men offered her a drink, which she believes was laced with some sort of drug. Graves explained that she later lost consciousness and awoke to the men assaulting her while she was restrained.
Graves also said she became suicidal afterward and received treatment. But she fell back into having suicidal thoughts in 2023 once she learned the assault was recorded. According to her suit, Diddy and Sherman showed the tape to others.
Plus, Graves never reported the incident because she feared Diddy and Sherman would retaliate against her. She's now suing the men and Diddy's Bad Boy record label for damages and will have a press conference with famed attorney Gloria Allred today, September 24.
Diddy is already facing a long string of civil suits from other women who said he sexually assaulted them. He's also dealing with a federal case after being arrested earlier this month on charges of sex racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He's now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bond twice. Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilo called the jail conditions horrible and tried to get the 54-year-old transferred to a jail in Essex County New Jersey. But he's since stopped, so Diddy will remain in MDC until his trial.
"Following the September 18, 2024 court appearance, the court ordered a status update from counsel concerning any request related to the location of Mr. Combs’ detention,” wrote Agnifilo, per AllHipHop. "At this point, there is no request from counsel that the court take any action."
