The Hip-Hop community is still reacting to Rich Homie Quan's sudden death, and his father Corey Lamar just addressed it for the first time. Quan died yesterday, September 5, in Atlanta at 34 years old.
"Unbearable pain," wrote Lamar on social media. "Lord please please please help me to understand this. To lose my son... my 1st born, my best friend. Lord let this be a dream.... Yall pray for me and my family. I feel like I'm crushed into a million pieces."

As of now, there's still no official cause of death revealed, but Quan's girlfriend, Amber Williams, said she found him unresponsive on their sofa during a 911 call.
Williams told the operator that Quan didn't sleep in their bed the previous night and when she saw him sleeping on the sofa, she placed a blanket over him for warmth before leaving the house. But when Williams returned, he hadn't moved, and that's when she called 911. Williams then told the operator that she turned Quan over, and he began foaming at the mouth.
