For those still wondering if Doechii is a certified superstar, they don't have to look any further than a video of her being surrounded by fans in Paris.
She can be seen rocking a red top, brown skirt, and a black cap in the clip, looking just like a fashion model about to pose for a magazine cover. Fans couldn't get enough of Doechii either, because the crowd was so big that she couldn't walk and had to be carried instead.
It's clear that Doechii was reveling in the moment, as she was seen smiling and waving to the crowd. At one point, a man brought a child to her on his shoulders, and she greeted the child warmly.
Doechii then began signing vinyl copies of her Grammy-award-winning mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal.

Then after NFR podcast posted the clip, some said they were shocked that Doechii has so many Parisian admirers. Some even called her an industry plant and claimed the crowd was hired to mob her. But others said the video only shows that Doechii is rap's new It girl.
But still, there are some people who've said her songs are too deep and thought-provoking for them, which she addressed on X.
"Our music has always been deep. It’s always been complex and it’s always been soulful/spiritual. We use hip hop to evolve. To protest. To celebrate. Etc," wrote Doechii in December. "Art/music plays a role in why a lot of us are proud to be black today."
"Our culture is all through these genres," she added. "Don’t let these people brainwash you into disconnecting from the soul of hip hop by convincing you it isn’t cool or it’s 'too deep'. It’s always been that deep for us and it should stay that way."
