Ron Artest, Metta World Peace, whatever you want to call him. He’s never had issues with his confidence.
When he played in the NBA (especially with Indiana), he was noted as the best perimeter defender in the league. It wasn’t just writers, either. Artest (at the time) was all about talking himself up, in a similar way that many athletes before him would. Without directly comparing, think Muhammad Ali.
Now, Metta is in a world where he’s far from a heavyweight. He’s just trying to get his name out there.
